Shipping policy

Shipping

We currently ship only within the continental United States.

  • Free economy shipping (4–7 business days) is available on all orders over $30.

  • For orders under $30, a $5 shipping fee will apply.


Returns

If you would like to return your item(s), you have 14 days from the purchase date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

  • You will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please note a $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

To start a return, please email us at info@thelinhome.com and include your order number. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.


Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@thelinhome.com so we can evaluate and make it right.


Exchanges

Changed your mind?
You can make an exchange within 30 days of your purchase.

  • The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

  • To start an exchange, please email us at info@thelinhome.com or click "Contact Us" at the bottom of our homepage.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@thelinhome.com.
